Can I return or exchange a product?

Yes, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the product is unused and in its original condition.

Who covers return shipping costs?

Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, unless the product arrives damaged or defective (see below policy)

What if my product arrives damaged or incorrect?

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us with the following:

  • Clear photos or videos of the product showing the issue
  • A brief description of the problem
  • Any relevant order details (order number, customer complaint, etc.)

Once received, our team will review the case and offer one of the following solutions, depending on the situation:

  • A replacement at no additional cost
  • A partial refund
  • A full refund

Incorrect Products

In the rare event that you receive an item that differs from your order (such as incorrect size, model, color, or specification), please provide the following within 7 days:

  • Clear photos or videos of the product
  • A photo of the shipping label

After verification, we will arrange for a free replacement or issue a refund, according to your preference.

Important Notes:

  • Claims submitted after 7 days from delivery may not be eligible for refund or replacement.
  • All refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
