How long does shipping take?

We offer fully tracked shipping worldwide to most locations. Current estimates for country specific routes listed below:

  • UK: 5-7 business days
  • Europe: 6-8 business days
  • US/Canada: 7-9 business days
  • Australia/NZ: 7-9 business days

You will receive your tracking details once the item has been dispatched. 

Estimated shipping time begins from the day your order is dispatched. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before shipment.

Delivery times may vary due to customs or courier delays.

How much does shipping cost?

What if my package is delayed?

What countries do you ship to?

We ship internationaly, but mainly to the UK (including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland) as well as Europe, US, Canada, Australia & New Zealand.

What if my package gets lost?

In the rare event of a lost package, contact us for a replacement or refund.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellation may not be possible if the order has already shipped. Once an order has shipped, it must be returned to us in its original condition before a refund can be issued.

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

Address changes are only possible within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, changes may not be guaranteed.

When placing an order, you are responsible for ensuring that all delivery information provided at checkout, including the recipient's name, address, email address, and telephone number, is accurate, complete, and current.

We will dispatch your order to the address provided at checkout. Orders may be fulfilled and shipped from international fulfilment facilities, including facilities located outside the customer's country of residence, depending on product availability and logistics requirements.

Once an order has been dispatched, the customer assumes responsibility for accepting delivery at the delivery address provided. Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates supplied by the carrier and making reasonable efforts to receive the shipment.

Estimated delivery dates are provided in good faith and are estimates only. Delays caused by customs processing, weather events, carrier disruptions, peak seasonal demand, transportation issues, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control shall not constitute a failure to deliver or grounds for a charge back where the shipment remains in transit within a reasonable delivery period.

Where tracking confirms that a shipment is in transit, available for collection, delivery has been attempted, delivery has been refused, or the carrier has otherwise fulfilled its delivery obligations, the order shall not be considered "not received" solely because the customer chose not to accept delivery or failed to make arrangements to receive the shipment.

If a customer wishes to cancel an order after dispatch, they must contact us directly. Refusing delivery, failing to collect a parcel, or instructing a carrier to return a shipment does not automatically create an entitlement to a refund.

If a shipment is marked by the carrier as refused, unclaimed, abandoned, undeliverable, return to sender, or otherwise not accepted by the recipient, the customer acknowledges that international return shipments are not always possible. Such shipments may be destroyed, abandoned, auctioned, recycled, or otherwise disposed of by the carrier or local logistics provider and may never be returned to our fulfilment facility.

Refunds for refused, abandoned, or unclaimed shipments will only be considered where the shipment is successfully returned to our fulfilment facility and received in resalable condition, subject to any applicable shipping, handling, return freight, customs, duties, processing fees, or other costs incurred by us, except where prohibited by applicable law.

If a shipment is not returned to our facility and carrier records show that delivery was attempted, refused, abandoned, disposed of, returned locally, or otherwise rendered undeliverable due to customer action or inaction, the order shall be deemed fulfilled for the purposes of our delivery obligations and payment authorization, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any mandatory statutory rights that may apply under the consumer protection laws of the customer's country or region. Where local law grants rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted, those rights shall prevail.
