Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellation may not be possible if the order has already shipped. Once an order has shipped, it must be returned to us in its original condition before a refund can be issued.

When placing an order, you are responsible for ensuring that all delivery details provided, including recipient name, address, and contact information, are accurate, complete, and up to date.
We will ship orders to the address supplied at checkout. Orders are fulfilled and dispatched from our international fulfillment facilities, including facilities located in China, depending on product availability and logistics arrangements.
If an order is delayed, returned, misdelivered, refused, or lost due to an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address provided by the customer, this will be considered a customer-caused delivery issue. In such circumstances, we are not responsible for replacement, refund, or compensation, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.
If a shipment is marked by the carrier as “Return to Sender,” refused, undeliverable, or otherwise not accepted at the delivery address, please note that international return shipments to our overseas fulfillment facilities are not always feasible. In many cases, such parcels are processed and disposed of locally by the carrier or local logistics partner and are not returned to our warehouse. Once a shipment has been marked accordingly and processed locally, it is considered fulfilled and cannot be recovered or re-shipped.
If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address and is successfully received back at our fulfillment facility, the customer may be required to pay additional shipping and handling fees before the order can be re-sent.
Orders that are not returned to our facility and are marked by the carrier as delivered, refused, abandoned, or disposed of will be considered delivered for the purposes of fulfilling our delivery obligations and payment authorization, subject to applicable law.
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or exclude any statutory rights that may apply under the consumer protection laws of your country or region. Where local law provides mandatory rights or remedies, those rights will prevail.
