  Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellation may not be possible if the order has already shipped.

Our lounger cover can be washed, but hand washing is advised!

• Unzip the seat and remove the memory foam base before cleaning.
• Hand wash the fabric cover with mild detergent and lukewarm water.
• Do not use bleach, harsh detergents, or fabric softenerns.
• Air dry the cover completely before reassembling.
• Do not tumble dry or expose to direct heat or sunlight.

Manufacturing Note:
The small opening present on the product is an intentional part of the manufacturing process, used as the entry point for inserting the internal sponge filling. It is not a defect and does not impact the product’s functionality, comfort, or safety in any way.

As part of our ongoing product improvements, we have already reviewed this detail internally and are implementing refinements to the finishing process in future production runs to further enhance the overall appearance.

If you have any concerns, our team will be happy to assist and arrange a replacement where needed. Your satisfaction remains our priority.

How it Works:

The lounger is designed to be simple and supportive to use. Just place it on a flat, stable floor surface and gently sit your little one inside. The sturdy, well-balanced base combined with supportive plush sides, helps promote an upright and steady seated position as your baby practices early sitting skills.

It is ideal for playtime, early learning, and providing a comfortable space for your baby to explore their surroundings.

Intended Use & Parental Responsibility:

This lounger is intended for early sitters (typically 3–8 months, child dependent). It is the responsibility of the purchaser or caregiver to ensure that their little one is developmentally ready and suitably sized for the product before use. While we provide general age guidance, we are not able to assess individual babies’ strength, size, coordination, or activity levels.

If a child is particularly strong, larger for their age, very active, or prone to throwing themselves about, this can naturally impact stability and may mean the product is no longer suitable for their stage of development.

Important Safety Guidance:

• Always use on a flat, stable floor surface — never on elevated areas.
• Never leave a baby unattended while using the lounger. Adult supervision is required at all times.
• Discontinue use if the product no longer feels appropriate for your child’s size, strength, or activity level.

• What age range is this baby lounger suitable for?
  Our baby lounger is designed for babies approximately 3–8 months old who are beginning to sit upright but are not yet fully stable on their own. It provides gentle support during the early sitting stage and should only be used under adult supervision. See our section on 'How it Works' for further safety info
  

• Is the baby lounger safe for my baby to use unsupervised? No - infant loungers and support seats should always be used with adult supervision while your baby is awake and alert. They are not intended for unattended use or sleep, which should only happen in a safe sleep environment like a crib or bassinet

• What is the outer material made from? Our lounger is covered with plush PVC material, which complies with relevant safety standards (including CPSC/ASTM/CE). That means it has been tested to meet strict requirements for use in children’s products.

• Can my baby sleep in the lounger?
  This lounger is designed for awake, supervised use and is not intended for sleep. For your baby’s comfort and safety, we recommend moving them to a flat, firm sleep surface,such as a crib or bassinet for naps and overnight sleep.
