• How long does shipping take?
  Shipping times vary depending on your location. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for estimated delivery timelines by route. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email.   Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellation may not be possible if the order has already shipped.

The CozyNest Baby Lounger includes a removable cover for easy cleaning. Simply remove the cover and machine wash it on a gentle cycle using mild detergent.

Air dry the cover completely before reassembling.

• Do not machine wash the inner cushion or filling. Spot clean the lounger insert only with mild detergent and allow it to air dry fully.
• Do not use bleach, harsh detergents, or fabric softeners.
• Do not tumble dry or expose the lounger to direct heat or strong sunlight.

How it Works:

The CozyNest Lounger is designed to provide a soft, supportive space for supervised awake time. Simply place it on a flat, firm, stable surface and gently lay your little one inside. The cushioned base and raised, padded sides create a cosy, nest-like environment that can be used for bonding, lounging, tummy time, playtime, and everyday moments. Its lightweight, portable design also makes it easy to move around the home as needed.

Intended Use & Parental Responsibility:

This CozyNest is intended for young babies during supervised awake time only (typically from birth until your baby begins rolling over, pushing up independently, or becomes more mobile). It is the responsibility of the purchaser or caregiver to determine whether their baby is developmentally suited for the product at each stage of use. Every baby develops differently, and factors such as size, strength, coordination, and activity level can affect whether the lounger remains appropriate. Once your baby shows signs of rolling, pushing up, or increased mobility, discontinue use immediately.

Important Safety Guidance:

Always use on a flat, firm, stable surface only. Never place the lounger on beds, sofas, countertops, or any elevated surface.

This product is for only reccomended for supervised awake time only and is not intended for overnight slee, or unsupervised use.
- It's not advised to place the CozyNest inside a crib, bassinet, or playpen.
- Do not carry your baby while they are inside the CozyNest.
- Keep the sleep space clear of loose blankets, pillows, or additional padding.
- Adult supervision is required at all times.

• What age is the CozyNest suitable for?
  The CozyNest is generally marketed for newborns from birth and can typically be used until around 6–24 months, or until your baby begins rolling over, pushing up independently, or becomes more mobile. Discontinue use once your child reaches these developmental milestones

• Is the lounger safe for sleep?
  No — the CozyNest is intended for supervised awake time only. It should not be used for overnight sleep or unsupervised sleep. Always follow safe sleep guidelines and move your baby to an approved sleep surface for sleep.
  
  
• What can the CozyNest be used for?
  It is designed for bonding, lounging, tummy time, playtime, and supervised everyday moments where your baby can relax in a supportive environment.

• Is it portable?
  Yes — lightweight, portable design is a major selling point, intended to make it easy to move around the home.

• What size is the lounger?
  The lounger measures approximately 85cm long x 55cm wide x 15cm high, making it spacious enough for newborns while still compact and lightweight enough to move easily around the home. It’s designed to provide a cosy, secure fit during the newborn stage without taking up excessive space.
