📋 Product Details & Care Guide

A familiar face for the back seat

The animal surround adds a playful touch to this rear-seat mirror. Positioned on a compatible headrest, it lets you see a reflection of your rear-facing baby through your vehicle's rear-view mirror.

Product details

  • Designs: Giraffe, Elephant or Bear with a plush animal surround.
  • Fitting: adjustable straps for a compatible rear headrest; check your vehicle and child-seat instructions before use.
  • Operation: a simple reflective mirror with no batteries, screen or electronic connection.
  • Included: one rear-view baby mirror in your chosen design.

Looking after your mirror

  1. Wipe the reflective surface with a soft, lightly dampened cloth, then dry gently with a clean, soft cloth.
  2. Avoid rough cloths, abrasive cleaners and hard rubbing that could mark the surface. Follow the label for cleaning the plush surround.
  3. Regularly inspect the straps, fastenings and stitching. Recheck the fit after cleaning or moving the mirror to another vehicle.

🛠️ How It Works & Safety

Fit and adjust while parked

  1. Park safely before fitting. Confirm that the mirror, vehicle and child-seat instructions allow the intended installation.
  2. Secure the mirror to the compatible rear headrest using its straps, following the supplied fitting directions.
  3. Adjust the angle from the driver's normal seated position until the baby's reflection is visible in the vehicle's rear-view mirror.
  4. Check every fastening and secure any loose strap ends out of your child's reach. Recheck before each journey.

During your journey

  • Keep your attention on the road. If your baby needs help or the mirror moves, stop in a safe place before attending to either.
  • Position the mirror so it cannot interfere with the child-seat harness or obstruct the driver's view.
  • Never adjust the mirror or reach into the back seat while driving.
  • The mirror is a viewing aid, not a restraint or a substitute for checking your baby when safely stopped. Remove it from use if damaged or if it cannot be secured properly.
