Bring wireless CarPlay and a rear-seat camera together in one compact kit. The BabyCam is designed to help you check your baby's position through a compatible in-car display, with a separate camera mounted towards the rear seat.

• Check the supplied compatibility requirements against your vehicle's exact head unit, USB connection and iPhone before installation. A USB charging socket alone does not confirm CarPlay compatibility.
• Wireless connectivity does not mean cable-free power. Connect each component only to the power source specified in its instructions.

Cleaning & care

1. Park safely, switch off and disconnect power before cleaning. Gently remove dust from the camera lens with a clean, soft lens cloth.
2. Wipe the housing with a soft, dry cloth. Keep moisture out of ports and connectors; do not immerse the camera or adapter or spray cleaner directly onto them.
3. Check the mounting accessories and cable insulation regularly. Stop using the kit if a mount loosens, a cable becomes damaged or a component overheats.
4. Follow the supplied storage and temperature guidance. Protect the lens and connectors when moving the kit between compatible vehicles, and check the mounting again after refitting.

Set up before your journey

1. With the vehicle safely parked, read the kit's manual and confirm the required CarPlay connection. Connect the adapter to the designated compatible USB port, following the instructions for your model.
2. Secure the camera using the supplied mounting accessories, aimed towards your baby's seat. Keep it clear of the child-seat harness, airbags and the driver's field of view.
3. Route power cables away from pedals, seat runners and moving parts. Secure loose lengths well out of your child's reach, with no loops around the seat.
4. Pair your compatible phone and complete the camera connection as directed. Check that the image is live, correctly framed and visible before setting off.
5. Practise using the display controls while parked. If the image freezes or disconnects, stop safely before checking the power, connections or pairing.

Keep driving attention on the road

• Do not watch the camera continuously, operate the display or adjust the camera while driving. Ask a passenger to check it, or pull over safely before attending to your baby.
• The camera is a viewing aid, not a medical monitor or a replacement for direct adult supervision. Never leave a child alone in a vehicle.
• A displayed image may be delayed or frozen. If you are concerned about your baby, stop safely and check them directly rather than relying on the screen.
• Check the camera mount, cables and picture before every journey. Use the system in accordance with the vehicle, child-seat and product instructions.
